Oil tanks for hand pumps
Oil Tanks for Hand Pumps
The oil tanks in our assortment for hand pumps are designed for storing hydraulic oil and are compatible with every hand pump* available in our offer.
Our selection includes steel tanks with anti-corrosion protection (capacities from 1L to 20L), aluminum tanks (1L capacity), and aluminum-plastic tanks (2L to 5L capacity).
When selecting the size of an oil tank for hand pumps, it is recommended to allow a 30% capacity margin.
*An exception is the PM2V5/80 pump, which is compatible only with tanks larger than 1L.
Foot Pumps
We offer foot pumps with built-in hydraulic oil tanks dedicated for operation with single-acting cylinders. These pumps can be used as primary or emergency power sources. Hydraulic oil flows during pedal operation in both directions.
The pump is operated with a pumping foot pedal, while pressure release is controlled by a smaller side release pedal.
NEW
Compact hand pumps operable with electric screwdrivers.
In our product range, you will find compact hand pumps that can be operated using an electric screwdriver. These devices consist of a hand pump with a lever, a steel hydraulic oil tank, and a dedicated output (via a special adapter) for the screwdriver. These compact units allow quick and easy operation in emergency situations or tight spaces.
What to consider when selecting an oil tank for hand pumps?
The primary factor when choosing an oil tank is its capacity. An undersized tank may cause system aeration, oil overheating, and reduced operational efficiency, while an oversized tank can increase cost, size, and handling difficulties in confined spaces. Therefore, the oil tank should be matched to the specifications of the entire hydraulic system.
Another important aspect is the construction material. Steel and aluminum tanks offer excellent resistance to operating pressures up to 700 bar, ensuring safe operation even in demanding industrial and maintenance environments.
