The right to withdraw from the contract for entrepreneurs with consumer rights

Under Art. 3855. [Application of consumer provisions to a natural person running a business]

Consumer provisions contained in Art. 3851-3853, shall apply to a natural person concluding a contract directly related to his business activity, when the content of this contract shows that it does not have a professional character for him, resulting in particular from the subject of his business activity, made available based on the provisions on Central Registration and Information on Business.

Other entrepreneurs running their business, for example in the form of a limited liability company, will not be able to use this right.
