Indipendent oil cooling units
Independent cooling systems – Reliable control of oil temperature and cleanliness
In modern hydraulic systems, maintaining optimal temperature and oil cleanliness is the key to failure-free operation and a long service life of components. Off-line cooling systems are independent subsystems that continuously maintain the parameters of the working medium without burdening the main process line.
How it works?
The system operates in a closed loop (off-line circuit). A dedicated pump draws oil from the reservoir, forces it through the cooler (and optionally a filtration system), and returns the cooled, cleaned fluid back to the reservoir. As a result, the cooling and filtration process takes place continuously, regardless of machine operating cycles or pressure and flow fluctuations in the main hydraulic system.
Key advantages
- High cooling efficiency: Independence from working pressure and flow surges in the main circuit.
- Simultaneous cooling and filtration: Capability to install high-performance fine filters, which drastically extends the life of the oil and actuators (pumps, valves, actuators/cylinders).
- Protection against overheating: Stable oil temperature prevents loss of lubricating properties, seal degradation, and thermal failures.
- Easy integration and service: Compact design allows easy installation in existing machines, and servicing filters or coolers does not require stopping the main production process.
