350 bar in tight machine installations
When a 2SN DN08 hose does not fit the installation or has to run on a bend that is too tight, a compact 2SC hose is the answer. HAGRIX 2SC0500HAG handles 350 bar working pressure with a minimum bend radius of 55 mm – half that of a 2SN DN08 hose (115 mm to EN 853).

Use the HAGRIX H001C-05 ferrule – a no-skive ferrule for 5/16" hoses. The outer cover does not need to be removed before crimping, which shortens assembly time.

Can a 2SC hose replace a 2SN DN08 hose?
In terms of working pressure, yes – both are rated at 350 bar. The 2SC hose has a smaller bend radius (55 mm instead of 115 mm), so it performs better in tight installations. Always match the ferrule to the hose type – for 2SC0500HAG use H001C-05.
Can the hose be used for water?
Yes, at temperatures from 0 to +70 °C. For water-based fluids (e.g. water-glycol) the range is -40…+70 °C.
What is the difference between 2SC and 1SC in size DN08?
The 1SC0500HAG hose has one braid and a working pressure of 215 bar. The 2SC0500HAG hose has two braids and a working pressure of 350 bar with a minimum bend radius of 55 mm (1SC: 55 mm).
