225 bar in tight machine installations
When a 1SN DN06 hose does not fit the installation or has to run on a bend that is too tight, a compact 1SC hose is the answer. HAGRIX 1SC0400HAG handles 225 bar working pressure with a minimum bend radius of 50 mm – much smaller than that of a 1SN DN06 hose (100 mm to EN 853).

Use the HAGRIX H001C-04 ferrule – a no-skive ferrule for 1/4" hoses. The outer cover does not need to be removed before crimping, which shortens assembly time.

Can a 1SC hose replace a 1SN DN06 hose?
In terms of working pressure, yes – both are rated at 225 bar. The 1SC hose has a smaller bend radius (50 mm instead of 100 mm), so it performs better in tight installations. Always match the ferrule to the hose type – for 1SC0400HAG use H001C-04.
Can the hose be used for water?
Yes, at temperatures from 0 to +70 °C. For water-based fluids (e.g. water-glycol) the range is -40…+70 °C.
When should I choose a 2SC hose instead of 1SC in size DN06?
The single-braid 1SC0400HAG hose is rated at 225 bar. If the system needs higher pressure, choose the two-braid 2SC0400HAG hose: 400 bar with a bend radius of 50 mm. Both use the same H001C-04 ferrule.
