Seamless steel hydraulic tubes and piston rods
Precision seamless steel hydraulic tubes, cold drawn, are used as rigid lines in high-pressure installations. Manufactured according to EN 10305-1 (DIN 2391), they offer high dimensional accuracy and a smooth internal surface, which is important for leak-tight hydraulic connections and long service life.
Steel tubes EN 10305-1 (DIN 2391)
The most commonly used steel grades are E235 and E355, supplied in NBK condition. This treatment provides good bending properties, repeatable mechanical characteristics and very good weldability in industrial applications.
Hydraulic tubes in NBK condition are used in hydraulic power systems operating under high pressure, where dimensional stability and resistance to changing dynamic loads are required.
Chrome plated piston rods
Piston rods are intended for the production and refurbishment of hydraulic cylinders. Key technical parameters include diameter tolerance, proper chrome layer thickness and corrosion resistance. The quality of the base material and chrome coating directly affects seal life and resistance of the rod to mechanical damage.
Honed and skived tubes
The range also includes honed and skived tubes used in the production of hydraulic and pneumatic cylinders. Proper internal surface quality is important for seal performance, system tightness and the service life of the finished cylinder.
