Hydraulic Limit Valve
A limit valve is a mechanical device that responds to the movement of hydraulic components, such as pistons or actuators, by signaling when a specific position is reached. It consists of a body, a control mechanism, and an actuating element (roller, lever, or plunger), whose movement changes the valve state, controlling fluid flow or hydraulic signals. This enables automatic stopping, direction change, or initiation of subsequent operational stages of machinery.
Hydraulic Limit Valve – Technical Parameters
Limit valves operate at pressures up to 350 bar, making them suitable for demanding hydraulic systems with high loads. Nominal flow rates range from 30 to 60 l/min. Valves are available with various BSP thread sizes (1”, 3/8", 1/2"), allowing easy integration into different installations. Constructed from corrosion-resistant materials, they ensure durability and long service life.
