Check Valve
Our portfolio includes a wide range of hydraulic check valves (one-way valves), which ensure unidirectional fluid flow. Their primary function is to prevent hydraulic oil from flowing backward, protecting pumps, cylinders, and other components from damage. The precise construction of our valves guarantees reliability and longevity of hydraulic systems.
How Does a Hydraulic Check Valve Work?
A hydraulic check valve consists of a body, a closing element (disc or poppet), and a spring. When the fluid pressure on one side reaches the required level, the valve opens to allow flow. In case of reverse flow, the closing element blocks the passage, ensuring system tightness. The use of corrosion- and wear-resistant materials, such as AISI 316L stainless steel or zinc-coated steel, enhances valve durability under harsh operating conditions.
Typical Technical Parameters of Check Valves
- Working Pressure: Check valves are available for operating pressures ranging from 350 to 500 bar, making them suitable for various hydraulic systems with different pressure requirements.
- Opening Pressure: Standard opening pressure is 0.5 bar, with other options available such as 4, 8, or 12 bar, adjustable to specific application needs.
- Nominal Flow: Valves are offered with nominal flow rates from 15 l/min to 430 l/min, enabling use in systems of different capacities.
- Operating Temperature Range: Check valves can operate in temperatures from -20°C to +100°C, depending on the sealing materials and valve construction.
Throttle-Check Valve – Precise Flow Control
A hydraulic throttle-check valve combines the functions of a check valve with adjustable flow restriction. This allows full flow in one direction and controlled throttled flow in the opposite direction. Such valves are particularly useful in appli
